We are seeking a motivated and self-learning Junior DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for technology, a problem-solving mindset, and a keen ability to use AI and other modern tools for self-directed learning and execution. This role will start with monitoring and documentation tasks, with the potential for more advanced responsibilities as skills and expertise are demonstrated.

 

Responsibilities:

 1.Initial Tasks:

•   Monitor systems, applications, and infrastructure for performance, availability, and security.
•   Document processes, systems, and findings with clarity and precision.

 2.Progressive Responsibilities (based on skills):

•  Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
•  Automate repetitive tasks using scripting tools and frameworks.
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and maintain scalable systems.

 

 

Requirements:

 1.Essential Skills:

•   Basic knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP and HTTP.
•   Basic understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.
•   Basic proficiency in Bash or Python scripting.
•   Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, or similar).
•   Strong documentation skills, with attention to detail.
•   Ability to independently research and troubleshoot using AI tools like ChatGPT or similar.
•   Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
•  

 2.Soft Skills:

•   Strong communication and collaboration skills.
•   Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
•   Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively.

 3.Preferred Skills (Not mandatory):

•   knowledge of log management systems (e.g., ELK Stack, Graylog, or similar).
•   Familiarity with automation tools like Ansible.
•   Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
•   Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
