Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Key Account Specialist to join our team at Adotateb. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building strong, long-lasting relationships with our key clients, encouraging them to expand their engagement with our products, and driving overall sales growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the inventory of AdoraTeb’s products in pharmacies to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Drive sales activities and work to increase market share for AdoraTeb’s products in key pharmacies.
  • Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with the scientific team through regular meetings and effective communication.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align sales strategies and objectives.
  • Oversee stock management in key pharmacies to ensure consistent product availability.
  • Prepare and present monthly sales plans for relevant products within the designated region.
  • Gather competitor intelligence and analyze their market share and sales performance.
  • Consistently follow up on product sales, working with pharmacy managers to ensure increased sales.
  • Actively participate in relevant seminars, congresses, and events both within the organization and externally.

 
Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Selling Skills and Negotiation Skills
  • In-depth Pharmaceutical Knowledge
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Pharmaceutical Market
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in direct sales to pharmacies
  • Effective Communication Skills and Negotiation proficiency
  • Confidence and Public Speaking skills in meetings and negotiations
  • Intermediate English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
  • Strong Internet Research Skills
