Job Description

 About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive measurable results. In this role, you will strategize, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring the alignment of marketing goals with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement performance-driven marketing strategies across PPC, social media, email, display advertising, and SEO.
  • Plan and execute campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Yektanet, and more.
  • Monitor and adjust campaigns to optimize ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.

Data Analysis & Optimization

  • Evaluate campaign performance data to uncover trends, actionable insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Create comprehensive reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including traffic, conversions, and revenue metrics.
  • Implement and oversee advanced analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, and custom dashboards for real-time tracking.
  • Deliver regular, data-driven performance insights through detailed reporting and analysis.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement in marketing activities.
  • Collaboration & Leadership
  • Work cross-functionally with design, development, and product teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.

 
Qualifications:

Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing successful campaigns with measurable ROI.


Skills

  • Expertise in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and transform it into actionable strategies.
  • Skilled in marketing research and statistical analysis to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Highly creative, with a proven track record of identifying target audiences and crafting engaging, informative, and motivating digital campaigns.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to convey ideas effectively.
