· Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
· Determine selection criteria.
· Source potential candidates through online channels.
Requirements:
· Proven work experience in the HR field.
· Excellent people management skills.
· Analytical and goal-oriented.
· Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
· Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
