The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing relationships with strategic merchants (key accounts) to ensure their satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and support the offline business line. They will serve as the primary point of contact for these merchants, ensuring the successful implementation of partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of merchants to achieve long-term success.

• Maintain close contact with merchants at every stage, addressing their queries via phone, email, chat, or in-person meetings.

• Understand merchants' needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their engagement with SnappPay.

• Monitor key merchant metrics daily and offer actionable guidance based on insights.

• Ensure a seamless selling experience for partners on the SnappPay platform.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with merchants.

• Drive growth in GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) across all merchants.

• Increase the number of orders processed by merchants.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

• Analytical mindset with experience using sales or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
