Responsibilities:
- Development and support of Jira Software, Service Desk, and Confluence.
- Integration and automation of information technology processes based on ITIL and DevOps.
- Requirement analysis to prepare and update technical documentation.
Job Spesifications:
At least three years of related experience in the field of support and development of Atlassian products
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer engineering or IT
At least one year of experience in implementing ITIL and DevOps processes
Skills and competencies:
Mastering the management of the Atlassian product portfolio
Familiarity with ITSM and ITIL procedures
Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD concepts
Familiarity with LPIC-1
