Job Description

DigiExpress is a forward-thinking logistic company dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology. We are seeking a talented and experienced Performance Monitoring Specialist to work in our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Service Performance Analysis

Collect, analyze, and interpret service performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making

Use data analysis to recommend actionable solutions for improving service delivery and meeting SLA targets.

  • Reporting and Visualization

Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards using data visualization tools to communicate service performance metrics clearly to stakeholders.

  • Issue Resolution

Investigate service delivery issues using root cause analysis techniques and take corrective actions to maintain service quality and efficiency.

  • Continuous Improvement

Drive initiatives to improve service delivery processes, focusing on efficiency, customer satisfaction, using data to measure the effectiveness of improvements.

  • Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of service standards, expectations, and data-driven insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Data Analysis Skills

Proficiency in analyzing large datasets, interpreting results, and generating insights to improve service levels.

  • Technical Proficiency

Experience with data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, or other business intelligence software.

  • Knowledge of KPIs

Familiarity with service level, key performance indicators (KPIs), and service delivery principles.

  • Organizational Skills

Strong time management, communication, and teamwork skills.

  • Problem-Solving

Ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective data-driven solutions.

  • Attention to Detail

Detail-oriented approach to maintaining high service standards and compliance.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational Background

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.

  • Experience

Two or more years of experience in service level, operations, or data analysis roles.

  • Advanced Analytics

Familiarity with predictive analytics, statistical modeling, and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
