Job Description

Visiwise is a B2B SaaS company revolutionizing the logistics and supply chain industry. Our platform provides real-time container tracking and management solutions, empowering businesses to monitor their supply chain in real time and optimize their logistics. We’re seeking a proactive and driven Account Executive (AE) to help us grow our client base and build lasting relationships with global partners.

As an Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from identifying potential clients to closing deals and nurturing relationships. This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with a dynamic team to drive revenue growth and ensure customer success. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct personalized product demonstrations to showcase the value of Visiwise’s platform.
  • Follow up diligently after meetings to answer questions, provide additional information, and nurture relationships.
  • Engage with prospects to deeply understand their goals and recommend the most suitable subscription plans.
  • Close deals by effectively negotiating agreements and ensuring a seamless transition to the Customer Success team.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) for lead handovers and pipeline management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market trends and customer needs.
  • Identify and document customer feedback to contribute to the ongoing improvement of Visiwise’s platform.
  • Provide actionable feedback from clients to internal teams to continuously improve our solutions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities, deals, and follow-ups using HubSpot CRM.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to share with the leadership team.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a SaaS or tech-focused environment.
  • Skillset: Proven ability to present solutions effectively, navigate sales cycles, and close deals.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Tools: Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms and familiarity with sales prospecting tools.
  • Mindset: A proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual with a knack for building trust.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and contributing to shared goals.
  • Organization: Strong ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously without losing focus.
