Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing to identify best practices and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize and scale campaigns.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders, providing recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- +2 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Automation tools and Digital Marketing platforms.
- Excellent understanding of audience targeting and creative best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
