Key Responsibilities:
• Execution and Management: Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines, and goals are met.
• Account management: Following the needs and concerns of key Accounts and providing solutions for them.
• Sales promotion: Working with the sales and marketing manager directly to achieve targets and improve leads and processes.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to understand target audiences and enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and campaign management.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in MBA, Communications, or a related field.
•Having related work experience in the Health & Beauty industry
• 3-4 years of experience in B2B Sales, Key account management, or Marketing.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics,…) is a plus.
