About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sophisticated paid media strategies across a variety of channels , driving customer acquisition, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of high-performing paid media campaigns: Plan, budget, and launch campaigns across all relevant channels, including:
Paid Social: vpn display Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads,
Programmatic Advertising: Display, Native,
Affiliate Marketing
Influencer Marketing (paid)
Deep dive into campaign performance: Analyze KPIs such as cost per acquisition (CPA), conversion rates, customer lifetime value (CLTV), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
A/B test and optimize campaigns aggressively: Conduct rigorous A/B and multivariate testing to identify and implement high-performing ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies.
Stay ahead of the curve: Research and implement cutting-edge advertising technologies, platforms, and strategies.
Build and foster strong relationships with key partners: Collaborate effectively with advertising platforms, agencies, and influencers.
Provide in-depth data analysis and reportingdaily and weekly: Prepare insightful reports and dashboards that track campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
Contribute to overall marketing strategy: Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer data to inform and optimize overall marketing strategies.
Mentor junior team members: Guide and mentor junior members of the marketing team on best practices in performance marketing.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on paid social and search.
Data-driven decision making: Expert-level proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Advanced knowledge of paid media platforms: Deep understanding of the intricacies of various advertising platforms and their targeting capabilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex performance marketing challenges.
Excellent communication and presentation skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex data and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
