Role Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Head of Performance Marketing to lead our customer retention and engagement initiatives through data-driven ECRM strategies. In this role, you will own the performance marketing funnel, focusing on various channels and lifecycle marketing while driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
As a key leader in our marketing team, you will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of omnichannel campaigns designed to enhance the customer journey, improve loyalty, and maximize lifetime value.

Requirements:
● Education & Experience:
○ 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
○ Proven expertise in ECRM, lifecycle marketing, and digital campaign management.
● Skills:
○ Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making.
○ Proficiency in ECRM platforms (e.g., Webengage, Insider, Intrack,...) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker,...).
○ Excellent project management and team leadership abilities.
○ Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
○ Ability to communicate effectively with “technical” and non-technical stakeholders.
