Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Head of Performance Marketing to lead our customer retention and engagement initiatives through data-driven ECRM strategies. In this role, you will own the performance marketing funnel, focusing on various channels and lifecycle marketing while driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

As a key leader in our marketing team, you will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of omnichannel campaigns designed to enhance the customer journey, improve loyalty, and maximize lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:

  •        ECRM Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a robust SMS, Push & … marketing strategy to improve customer segmentation, engagement, and retention.
  •        Performance Marketing Leadership: Lead the end-to-end performance marketing strategy, spanning acquisition, retention, and reactivation campaigns across digital channels.
  •        Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and customer insights to refine marketing strategies, personalize communications, and optimize campaign performance.
  •       Team Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing performance marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  •        Technology & Tools: Manage ECRM platforms and performance marketing tools, ensuring seamless integration with the overall tech stack.
  •        Collaboration: Work closely with product, data, and creative teams to develop impactful campaigns that align with business goals and enhance the customer experience.
  •       KPIs Ownership: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, CAC, LTV, retention rate, and engagement metrics.
  •     Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep our performance marketing strategy competitive and innovative.


Requirements:
●       Education & Experience:

○       5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

○       Proven expertise in ECRM, lifecycle marketing, and digital campaign management.

●       Skills:

○       Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making.

○       Proficiency in ECRM platforms (e.g., Webengage, Insider, Intrack,...) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker,...).

○       Excellent project management and team leadership abilities.

○       Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.

○       Ability to communicate effectively with “technical” and non-technical stakeholders.
