Role Overview:
As the SEO Manager at Six2fit, you will be responsible for driving organic growth across our digital platforms. You’ll implement and manage SEO strategies to increase our visibility on search engines, optimize our website for better user experience, and drive qualified traffic to our site. You’ll use your in-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and data analytics to craft strategies that improve both rankings and user engagement.

Working with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that our content, design, and user experience align with SEO best practices, ultimately improving both user satisfaction and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that increase visibility, drive organic traffic, and boost engagement on Six2fit’s website.
• Perform in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities for growth, focusing on terms relevant to fitness, wellness, training, and nutrition.
• Optimize on-page content, meta tags, headings, images, and other elements for better ranking and user experience.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the competitive landscape.
• Monitor and analyze site performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, and adjust strategies as needed to meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO-friendly content that aligns with user search intent and industry trends.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure website structure, navigation, and technical SEO are optimized.
• Regularly audit the website for SEO performance and implement improvements for page speed, mobile optimization, and overall technical health.
• Keep up with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry news, ensuring Six2fit stays ahead of the curve in SEO best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SEO management with a strong track record of increasing website traffic, improving search engine rankings, and driving conversions.
• Deep knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
• Proficient in keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, as well as basic HTML/CSS for on-page optimization.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams, including content, marketing, and development.
