Job Description

Mission:

  • To coordinate and conduct SSO related financial transactions based on related laws and circulars.
  • To cooperate with SSO manager, ensuring all legal and governmental obligations related to social security are considered according to related rules and regulations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To build and maintain a proper connection with Social Security Organization and their assessors to resolve the related issues and facilitate the processes.
  • To support the implementation of the appropriate SSO strategies and comply with all SSO rules and regulations.
  • To collaborate with other departments in finance to enhance and facilitate the SSO rules implementation.
  • To research local best practices companies and support the SSO manager in proposing proper strategies and plans to improve current processes and documents.
  • To cooperate with other departments/divisions, such as L&R and Procurement, for vendors’ contracts, providing insight from the SSO side and helping to make the required information in this regard.
  • To cooperate with SSO assessors, local consultants, and local auditors to resolve all related discrepancies.
  • To conduct the process of SSO auditing entirely until getting the SSO clearance.
  • To provide reports related to all contracts of suppliers and customers to the SSO manager, minimizing the chances of any probable SSO penalties.
  • To follow up with vendors for taking the project code from SSO based on contracts or purchase orders.
  • To follow up with vendors to get the SSO clearance based on contracts or purchase orders and release their deposit.
  • To do all required activities for taking the SSO clearance for all company Contracts related to provided services.

Education:

  • Bachelor degree in Financial Management, or Accounting .
  • Labor law and regulations qualification is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance area; with at least 2 years of experience in SSO.
  • Experience working in a medium organization.
  • Experience in working with enterprise financial systems.
  • Experience in telecommunications industry is desirable.
