2-4 years of experience in a BI Analyst or similar position, preferably within the trading platform or financial services industry.

Must be proficient in SQL for querying and database management and experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Strong analytical skills are required to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights.

A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, or Business Analytics, is required.

You should be adept at troubleshooting data-related issues and proposing practical solutions.

Models that use a blend of heuristics, Gen AI and ML to make decisions and take actions.

Measures and tests to monitor and improve performance.

Ways to use the behavioural data of payers and merchants to continuously improve performance.

Robust systems to analyse structured and unstructured data from multiple sources in order to produce insights for the decision models.

Ways to effectively manage the entity resolution and integration of structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.

Identification and incorporation of promising new data sources to feed decisions.

Approaches to managing and improving data quality.
