We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Expert to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing and supporting our technology infrastructure, implementing solutions to enhance productivity, and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data.

Specialized skills:

•  Knowledge of networking protocols and configuration.
•  System Administration: Experience with operating systems like Windows, Linux, or macOS and Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and networks.
• Provide advanced technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with security protocols, risk assessment, and incident response,Design and implement security protocols, monitoring systems for vulnerabilities and breaches.
• Skills in managing SQL and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and data analysis.
•  Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and understanding of cloud services.
•   Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues and develop solutions.
•  Lead IT projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
•  Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly,Work closely with other departments to identify technology needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, Conduct training sessions for staff on new technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in a similar IT role.
Certifications:
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus.
