Product Designer

We are looking for a talented Product Designer to lead the design efforts for our web platforms. You will be responsible for improving user experience, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop intuitive and user-friendly features. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, a user-centered mindset, and experience working closely with product managers and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research & UX Improvement: Conduct user research to understand the needs of partners and visitors, identify pain points, and collaborate with teams to improve user experience (UX).
• Feature Design: Design new features, create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, and collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless implementation.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and digital marketing teams to ensure the design aligns with product goals and provides a cohesive user experience.
• Design Iteration & Testing: Continuously refine and iterate designs based on user feedback, testing results, and product performance data.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor product usability and design performance, analyze user behavior using tools like Hotjar and Google Analytics to make data-driven design decisions.
• SEO & Content Alignment: Ensure the design and platform structure are optimized for search engines and support the overall content strategy.
• Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and design best practices to keep our platform's design innovative and competitive.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer, preferably in web-based platforms or SaaS products.
• Skills: Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD), wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-quality UI designs.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze user behavior, user feedback, and product performance metrics to inform design decisions.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail and design consistency.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with web technologies and content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
• Additional Skills: Knowledge of SEO principles and their impact on design and user experience is a plus.
