Technical Skills:

    Proficiency in Linux systems administration.
    Advanced knowledge of networking and telecommunications concepts.
    Expertise in monitoring tools and report generation.
    Knowledge of DevOps-related tools and practices, such as automation.
    Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
    Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
    Strong time management and organizational skills.
    Creating and presenting support reports and detailed documentation.
