

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage the timely delivery of all materials required for the modernization project.
2. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of materials to project sites.
3. Track and manage delivery schedules, ensuring materials are delivered according to project timelines.
4. Monitor and maintain accurate records of materials delivered, including stock levels and usage.
5. Work with the logistics team to ensure proper storage and handling of materials on-site.
6. Conduct regular inventory audits to track material movement and prevent shortages or overstock.
7. Communicate and collaborate with suppliers to ensure the timely procurement and delivery of required materials.
8. Monitor supplier performance and address any delays or quality issues with the materials.
9. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth operations and negotiations.
10. Prepare and maintain accurate records of all material deliveries, including shipment tracking and delivery receipts.
11. Generate and submit regular reports on material delivery status, inventory levels, and any challenges encountered.
12. Ensure that all documentation is compliant with project requirements and standards.
13. Ensure that materials received meet the required specifications and quality standards.
14. Work with the quality assurance team to identify and resolve any issues with the delivered materials.
15. Ensure that defective or damaged materials are properly documented and returned to suppliers.
16. Identify and resolve any issues related to material delivery, including delays, shortages, or discrepancies in shipments.
17. Develop and implement corrective actions to ensure smooth and timely material flow throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in material delivery, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably within the telecommunications or construction industry.
Experience in managing large-scale deliveries and coordinating with multiple vendors.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple deliveries and ensure timelines are met.
Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors.
Proficiency in logistics software and tools (e.g., SAP, Excel) for tracking deliveries and managing inventory.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Strong problem-solving skills to handle unexpected issues with material deliveries.
Ability to analyze delivery data, identify trends, and implement improvements.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
