About Role

As a Senior Campaign Management Specialist, you must communicate with partners and the account team to improve campaign performance. The mission of this position is to drive sales growth and optimize marketing actions.

 

Responsibilites:

  • Communication with SnappPay partners and merchants for developing cooperative campaigns
  • Receiving reports from partners and regular cooperating with account management team
  • Cooperation with other departments for campaigns alignments and execution process
  • Briefing merchants and other departments about campaign
  • Cooperation with agencies and other marketing team for improving campaign process
  • Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments
  • Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success
  • Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines
  • Recruit and train talent for the successful implementation of marketing campaigns
  • Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results
  • Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge on BTL and ATL
  • Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and field reporting tools
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
  • Having background in ecommerce business
  • Has Background in marketing Campaign execution and operation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with merchants and internal stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities to manage diverse operational challenges
