We are looking for a Planning Specialist with strong expertise in process documentation, time measurement methodologies, and data-driven planning to join our growing Snapp! Shop e-commerce operations team. This role is critical in designing, implementing, and standardizing planning systems across Fulfillment Centers, Logistics, and Customer Operations. The Planning Specialist will work to improve productivity, reduce costs, and ensure that all processes are aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.


Duties :

•  Design and improve planning systems using process-oriented and systems thinking approaches.
•  Document end-to-end operational workflows in a structured and scalable format.
•  Develop and implement standardized time measurement methodologies (e.g., the stopwatch method, MTM) to evaluate performance.
•  Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and propose actionable improvements.
•   Collaborate closely with Operations, Logistics, and Management teams to align planning initiatives with business objectives.
•  Develop simple analytical models for demand forecasting and resource allocation.
•  Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing efficiency and consistency.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in maintaining planning documentation and operational standards.

Requirements :

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with operational data analysis.
• Familiarity with SQL or other data querying tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of work measurement techniques such as MTM, stopwatch timing, or equivalent.
• Strong ability to write clear and usable process documentation.
• Structured thinker with strong problem-solving and simplification skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
