We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our team and take ownership of the technical architecture, development, and evolution of our platforms.
Role Overview
As a Technical Lead, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable solutions, collaborate closely with business and product stakeholders, and provide technical leadership to the development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical architecture and development of systems
- Oversee integrations with internal and external platforms
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance
- Mentor engineers and enforce engineering best practices
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Required Skills & Experience
- Familiarity with .NET, C#, JavaScript, CRM systems, Git, and SQL is required, with proficiency in some being essential and experience in others considered a plus.
- Strong experience with CRM/eCRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics365 or similar)
- Solid background in backend development and API-based integrations
- Experience with cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices
- Proven experience in a senior or lead technical role
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise-scale environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
