**A few examples of your responsibilities**
- **Shape high-leverage product experiences.** Design exceptional UI/UX—from early concepts to polished delivery—using the best available tools. Ensure every experience is intuitive, effective, and delightful.
- **Bring interfaces to life with motion.** Go beyond static screens. Design meaningful motion graphics, micro-interactions, and transitions that guide users, provide feedback, and elevate the brand's digital presence.
- **Master digital & visual design.** Create compelling digital assets, visual systems, and brand-aligned graphics that work seamlessly across web, mobile, and product interfaces.
- **Start with an LLM.** Use AI tools to clarify intent, draft short specs, and surface risks before opening any design tool, compressing the time from ambiguity to direction.
- **Prototype and build with AI.** Use Cursor and Claude Code to turn rough concepts into interactive prototypes. You know when to reach for code, when to reach for Figma, and when to reach for After Effects or Rive—moving fluidly between them.
- **Co-create with PMs and engineers from day one.** Define UX requirements early, stay in the build through QA, and make engineering-aware design decisions.
- **Validate and measure.** Talk directly with customers, run quick tests, and track funnels to assess design effectiveness.

- **Hybrid craft mastery.** You are equally comfortable designing a user flow in Figma, crafting a Lottie animation, and building a visual identity system. Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Rive/After Effects, and standard UI/UX tools is expected.
- **Proficiency in English.** You read, write, and speak proficiently.
