Job Description

Finance & Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant (Part-Time)

Location: Tehran Office and Manufacturing Facility located in AbbasAbad 
Employment Type: Part-Time / Consulting

Job Summary:
YasSepidvash is seeking an experienced Finance & Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to support the optimization of financial and operational processes within the organization.
Following the recent implementation of Dynamics 365, this role focuses on post go-live support, troubleshooting, process optimization, workflow analysis, and improving user adoption and operational efficiency.
As a company operating in both trading and manufacturing sectors, the successful candidate will help analyze and improve financial and operational processes across both environments and act as a finance and ERP subject matter expert.

 
Key Responsibilities:
Provide post go-live support and system stabilization. 
Troubleshoot Dynamics 365 issues and support end users. 
Analyze existing business processes and perform fit-gap analysis. 
Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. 
Review and optimize financial workflows and ERP processes. 
Recommend best practices to improve ERP utilization. 
Collaborate with finance, sales, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, and operations teams. 
Train users and facilitate knowledge transfer to internal teams. 
Prepare process documentation, procedures, and best practices. 
Support management reporting and financial reporting initiatives. 
Assist users in resolving operational and system-related issues. 
Coordinate with internal teams and external ERP partners when required. 
 
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365. 
Strong knowledge of financial and accounting processes. 
Experience in trading and/or manufacturing organizations. 
Experience in ERP implementation, post go-live support, or system optimization projects. 
Strong understanding of finance, procurement, sales, inventory, manufacturing, and supply chain processes. 
Ability to analyze business processes and recommend improvements. 
Strong communication and user training skills. 
Experience in process documentation and workflow analysis. 
Ability to work effectively across different business functions. 
 
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management. 
Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM). 
Experience with Fit-Gap Analysis. 
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. 
Familiarity with Power BI. 
Basic SQL knowledge. 
Experience in workflow design and process optimization. 
Experience in internal controls and process documentation. 
 
Working Arrangement:
This is a part-time consulting position requiring on-site presence at least two days per week:
One day at the Tehran office. 
One day at the manufacturing facility located in AbbasAbad

The objective of this role is to support the stabilization, optimization, and continuous improvement of financial and operational processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 while strengthening internal user capabilities and ERP adoption.
