Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights? SnappBox is seeking a Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll develop and deploy dashboards, develop AI models, and provide automation solutions. You'll support business intelligence strategies with quantitative analysis and work cross-departmentally to improve business processes and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
• Create automation solutions such as alerting, automated analysis, and reports.
• Create and deploy dashboards to visualize data and provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Support business intelligence strategies with quantitative analysis and data-driven insights.
• Work with different departments to develop data-driven strategies that improve business processes and decision-making.
• Develop predictive models to forecast future trends and support strategic planning.
• Generate and present reports that summarize findings and provide actionable recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions based on data analysis.
• Maintain appropriate documentation for data analysis processes, methodologies, and business intelligence solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, data science, or Python development.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics and automation tools (we are using Python, SQL, Excel, Docker, Git, and Power BI).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with quantitative data analysis, actionable insights, modeling, and advanced test plan design and analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of logistics operations and systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, with fluency in both Farsi and English.
• Bring a strategic and analytical mindset to the table, with the ability to envision and execute innovative solutions to complex operational challenges.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 24/7 availability to address urgent issues is essential.
