Responsibilities:

• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for expansion or improvement.
• Translate business objectives into structured projects; define clear milestones, mobilize resources, and ensure execution.
• Identifying and Analyzing new market opportunities and best practices for business expansion or diversification
• Conducting research to identify customer needs and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
• Providing strategic recommendations based on market insights to support product development, marketing campaigns, and business growth strategies.
• Generating reports to present findings and insights to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
• Develop innovative solutions for high-level business challenges; proactively suggest new initiatives and pilot projects.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to unlock growth opportunities.

 
Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis tools and techniques
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects from idea to execution.
• Knowledge of Q-commerce trends, market dynamics, and customer behavior
• Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial/ownership mindset and the ability to turn vision into execution.
• Knowledge of Market Research Methodologies
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and insights in a clear and concise manner
• At least a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, other related fields
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Developer, Business Analyst
