About this role

As Azki's product surface grows, visual quality and consistency matter more than ever. This role is focused on hands-on production, turning requirements into pixel-perfect, high-craft visual output across UI design, illustration, iconography, 3D, and motion, at a fast pace.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pixel-perfect, production-ready visual design across product surfaces.
• Apply strong aesthetic judgment and color theory to every deliverable.
• Produce 3D visuals, illustration, iconography, and product motion/animation as needed.
• Independently research and propose solutions when engineering constraints or new requirements arise, rather than waiting for direction.
• Work directly with stakeholders to extract precise visual requirements from vague or conflicting input.
• Defend design decisions with clear reasoning, explaining not just what the decision is, but why it was made.
• Actively use AI tools to increase both design speed and output quality; AI proficiency is considered a core skill, not a bonus.
• Keep all output consistent with the existing design system.

Requirements

• A portfolio showing range across the disciplines above (pixel-perfect UI, 3D, illustration, iconography, and motion), rather than focusing on just one specialty.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in a real production workflow, with visible impact on speed or quality, not just experimentation.
• Strong, defensible design rationale, with the ability to comfortably explain and justify decisions, not just present them.
• Ability to work independently through ambiguous or incomplete requirements and to research and solve implementation problems independently.

Preferred

• Experience in both product and marketing/brand visual work.
