We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of our core internal libraries, reusable packages, and data-driven infrastructure. This role focuses deeply on pure Python mastery, clean software architecture, modular package creation, and high-performance MySQL database management.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain reusable internal Python libraries and core modules.
• Refactor and optimize existing codebases for performance, memory efficiency, and maintainability.
• Design and execute high-performance queries, indexing strategies, and reliable transactions in MySQL.
• Package, version, and distribute shared Python libraries across engineering teams.

Requirements

• Pure Python mastery: Deep understanding of Python internals, advanced OOP, dunder methods, decorators, generators, and memory optimization.
• Library development: Proven experience in designing, structuring, and publishing Python packages using modern tools (e.g., pyproject.toml, Poetry).
• MySQL & data access: Strong proficiency in MySQL, connection pooling, transactional integrity, and database abstraction/ORMs (e.g., SQLAlchemy).
• Experience: 2+ years of professional backend or core Python development experience.
