Position:
English Instructor (Kids)

We are looking for a patient, creative, and energetic English instructor to join our growing academic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English to children across assigned age groups and proficiency levels
• Develop structured, age-appropriate lesson plans
• Teach phonics, vocabulary, grammar, listening, speaking, reading, and writing based on students’ levels
• Use games, stories, songs, role-play, projects, and interactive activities to encourage participation
• Create a positive, safe, and supportive classroom environment
• Monitor students’ progress and provide constructive feedback
• Communicate learning progress with the academic team and parents when required
• Prepare worksheets, classroom activities, and supplementary learning materials
• Manage online or in-person classes effectively

Requirements:

• High level of English proficiency
• At least 3 years of experience teaching English to children
• Strong classroom-management and communication skills
• Familiarity with phonics and modern young-learner teaching methods
• Ability to explain language concepts in a simple and engaging way
• Patient, energetic, creative, responsible, and reliable
• Ability to build positive relationships with children
• TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, TTC, or Young Learner teaching certification is a plus
• Willingness to provide professional references and complete any required background checks
