Position:
English Instructor (Teenagers: Ages 12–17)
Part-time / Full-time

We are seeking a motivated, knowledgeable, and engaging English instructor to join our academic team.

If you enjoy working with teenagers and can create an interactive, supportive, and goal-oriented learning environment, we would be delighted to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English to students aged 12–17 across different proficiency levels
• Develop structured and age-appropriate lesson plans
• Strengthen students’ speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary skills
• Use discussions, debates, projects, presentations, role-play, and multimedia activities to encourage active participation
• Help students build confidence and communicate effectively in English
• Introduce academic English and exam-related skills when appropriate
• Monitor students’ progress and provide regular, constructive feedback
• Prepare worksheets, assignments, assessments, and supplementary materials
• Maintain a respectful, motivating, and well-managed classroom environment
• Communicate with the academic team and parents regarding students’ progress when required
• Conduct engaging online or in-person classes

Requirements:

• High level of English proficiency
• At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience, preferably with teenagers
• Strong communication and classroom-management skills
• Familiarity with modern teaching methods and the needs of adolescent learners
• Ability to make lessons practical, engaging, and relevant to teenagers
• Familiarity with CEFR-based curricula is an advantage
• Responsible, patient, energetic, organized, and reliable
• TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, TTC, or a related teaching qualification is a plus
• Willingness to provide professional references and complete any required background checks
