At Azki Seller, we are looking for a Commercial Excellence Analyst to turn data into actionable insights and help drive the performance and growth of our Commercial and Seller ecosystem. In this role, you will analyze team and seller performance, identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities, and design data-driven models that improve productivity, sales, retention, and overall business performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze team performance to identify weaknesses, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and monitor KPIs and performance, productivity, and capacity planning models.
• Conduct end-to-end process analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Design and develop Seller Segmentation and Scoring models based on sales performance, growth potential, activation, retention, and seller behavior.
• Identify High-Potential, At-Risk, and Growth Opportunity Sellers and provide actionable recommendations tailored to each segment.
• Design, redesign, and simulate Bonus and Incentive models and analyze their cost, effectiveness, and ROI.
• Analyze and optimize Commission models and evaluate their impact on Sales, Margin, Retention, Activation, and Portfolio Migration.
• Analyze sales trends and Commercial performance to identify business and growth opportunities.
• Develop Business Cases, Scenario Analyses, and ROI Analyses for Commercial initiatives and projects.
• Translate data and analytical findings into actionable insights, recommendations, and practical business decisions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, Business Analysis, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in query writing and extracting and analyzing data from databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Experience with performance analysis, KPI development, or business performance management is a plus.
• Experience in Seller Analytics, Commercial Analytics, Incentive/Commission Modeling, or similar areas is a plus.
• Strong understanding of business metrics and the ability to connect analytical findings with business outcomes.
