Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage advertising campaigns across media channels.
- Develop campaign strategies and create compelling, relevant advertising content aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement optimizations to improve results.
- Analyze campaign data and deliver regular reports to business owners, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
- Generate creative advertising concepts and develop engaging campaign narratives and scripts.
- Collaborate closely with business owners to understand their needs, priorities, and campaign goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in advertising campaign planning and management.
- Strong working knowledge of advertising platforms across multiple channels.
- Sound understanding of performance marketing principles and practices.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate findings into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills, a structured approach to work, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with sales concepts and principles.
