1.2 Independent Parallel Investigation: Run a concurrent, non-overlapping investigation utilizing cross-model synthesis, expert consultations, and targeted data retrieval to cross-examine Phase 1.1 results.
1.3 Data-Backed University Tiering: Rank top-tier global institutions (e.g., QS/THE Top 10/20 globally and per subject) matching specific degree tracks.
1.4 Final Synthesis & Synthesis Brief: Deliver executive summaries, decision matrices, and degree-institution pairings (e.g., MD at Cambridge/Edinburgh + MBA at LSE/Insead).
Phase 2: Design & Optimization of Strategic Paths
2.1 Integrated Path Architecture: Design creative, highly optimized academic/career routes (accelerated degree programs, joint degrees, prerequisite overlapping, etc.).
2.2 Path Selection & Audit: Review options alongside the applicant, conduct trade-off audits, and select the primary path.
2.3 Granular Path Blueprint & Prerequisite Syllabus: Map exact degree courses, certifications, and compile a comprehensive prerequisite foundational syllabus required prior to step one.
Phase 3: Master Execution Roadmap & Risk Engineering
3.1 Step-by-Step Master Plan: Construct an unassailable roadmap from the applicant's current situation to admission and degree completion. Includes normalized historical admissions data (adjusting for applicant pool size, test-optional policies, demographics, etc.), standardized test strategies, essay narrative crafting, resume building, quality-control checkpoints, and so on.
3.2 Constraint Adaptation: Tailor the master plan to address specific profile limitations or gaps, maximizing success probability.
