- Introduce products and identify and respond to customers’ needs.
- Coordinate internally with relevant departments to ensure the smooth completion of the sales process.
- Monitor competitors, pricing trends, and market developments, and prepare periodic market reports.
- Record and manage customer information in the CRM system and conduct post-sales follow-ups.
- Conduct product demonstrations, webinars, and technical presentations for customers.
- Prepare periodic sales forecasts and report on target achievement to management.
- Plan and participate in specialized exhibitions and industry events to expand the sales network and develop business opportunities.
- Communicate customer feedback to the R&D team to support product improvement and development.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to evaluate satisfaction and identify opportunities for upgrades or additional products and services.
