Responsibilities:
•    Define and execute the AI Transformation roadmap aligned with business priorities.
•    Identify, prioritize, and lead high-impact AI opportunities across business functions and operations.
•    Lead AI initiatives end-to-end, from identifying opportunities and developing POCs to implementation, scaling, and measuring business impact.
•    Partner with business and technology leaders to redesign processes and implement AI-powered solutions, agents, and automations.
•    Lead cross-functional AI transformation teams and coordinate with Data, Engineering, Product, and Business teams.
•    Guide the evaluation and adoption of LLMs, AI agents, automation platforms, and emerging AI technologies.
•    Establish practical frameworks for AI governance, quality, reliability, security, and responsible AI adoption.
•    Define and track KPIs related to AI adoption, efficiency, automation, quality, and business impact.
•    Drive organizational adoption through stakeholder management, enablement, and change management.
•    Communicate AI opportunities, progress, risks, and business impact to senior leadership.

Requirements:
•    8+ years of experience in technology, digital transformation, data, product, consulting, or related fields.
•    Proven experience leading AI, automation, or technology transformation initiatives from concept to implementation and scale.
•    Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, automation, and AI-enabled business processes.
•    Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG, agentic workflows, tool/function calling, and LLM evaluation.
•    Strong business-process, analytical, and systems-thinking skills with the ability to translate business problems into AI solutions.
•    Experience with AI governance, responsible AI, privacy, security, and risk management.
•    Strong program, stakeholder, and change-management skills.
•    Ability to evaluate business value, technical feasibility, scalability, cost, and time-to-value of AI initiatives.
•    Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
