About the Role

At Keepa, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team and manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.

You will work closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, identify and screen candidates, and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

We are looking for someone proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple hiring processes independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process from hiring request to offer and handover to onboarding.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to clarify hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and align on recruitment plans.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across relevant talent acquisition channels.
• Source, screen, and conduct initial interviews with candidates based on role requirements and defined competencies.
• Coordinate interview processes and assessments with Hiring Managers and relevant stakeholders.
• Manage candidate pipelines, recruitment data, and processes through the ATS.
• Contribute to improving recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment and sourcing.
• Experience conducting screening interviews and initial candidate assessments.
• Experience working with an ATS and managing candidate pipelines.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, ownership-oriented, and able to manage multiple hiring processes independently.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles or working in a Tech/Startup environment is a plus.
