We are looking for a Senior Back-End Web Developer. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the server-side operation and functionality of the website. Your main tasks will include developing and maintaining our database layer, APIs, and other web services.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust backend services and RESTful APIs
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Write different kinds of tests (Unit tests, E2E tests, API tests, etc.)
• Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
• Collaborate with developers to design, develop, and maintain applications
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in backend development
• Strong understanding of Python, with knowledge of Django and Django REST Framework
• Deep understanding of Django ORM and SQL; understanding of database management and design; experience with PostgreSQL
• Experience with message brokers like RabbitMQ and Kafka
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana
• Experience in using and building RESTful APIs
• Robust system design skills
• Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures
• Proficiency in using Git, Docker, and CI/CD
• Basic understanding of Kubernetes
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and Scrum
