Responsibilities:

• Identify new business partnership opportunities and design effective partnership models
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of revenue models, financial products, and digital banking services
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently follow up on ongoing negotiations
• Maintain a strong and effective professional network with executives and key decision-makers across companies within the financial and technology ecosystem
• Proven track record of successful B2B negotiations, contract execution, and partnership development

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Strategic Alliances
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Digital Banking, Banking, FinTech, LendTech, Payments, BNPL, or Financial Services
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Results-oriented and highly persistent mindset
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and strategic thinking
• Ability to build trust and develop long-term relationships with business partners
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills
