Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design, from problem framing and user flows to high-fidelity UI and shipped experience.
• Partner with Product and Engineering in continuous discovery: run user interviews, usability tests, and quick experiments to validate problems before solutions are built.
• Turn research and data into clear user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Prototype fast, from low-fi sketches to interactive and AI-assisted prototypes, to test ideas in days, not weeks.
• Work inside a cross-functional squad through 2-week cycles: join planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, and keep design a step ahead of delivery.
• Own and evolve our design system (components, tokens, patterns, and documentation) so the team ships consistent UI quickly.
• Hand off designs engineers can build without guesswork: clear specs, states, edge cases, and accessibility notes. Review builds before release.
• Design clear, trustworthy experiences for complex information such as financial data, charts, and signals, including AI-powered features.
• Use product analytics and A/B test results to measure the impact of design changes and iterate.

What You'll Need

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in product design (UX/UI) for digital products, web, and mobile.
• A portfolio showing end-to-end process and real outcomes: the problem, your decisions, and what changed after launch.
• Strong interaction design, visual design, and information architecture skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
• Practical user research skills: interviews, usability testing, and turning findings into design decisions.
• Expert-level Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, variables, and interactive prototyping.
• Experience building or maintaining a design system in close collaboration with engineers.
• Comfort working in lean, agile teams: shipping in small increments and iterating after release.
• Practical, daily use of AI tools in design work, such as research synthesis, ideation, and rapid prototyping.
• Clear communication: you can present and defend design decisions, and take critique well.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing fintech or investment products, especially data-heavy dashboards.
• Experience designing AI/LLM features (conversational UI, recommendations, explaining AI output to users).
• Data visualization skills for charts and complex financial information.
• Motion and micro-interaction design.
• Background in early-stage or scale-up environments.
