Software Engineer (Mid-Level)

Rahkarhaye Hadafmand Khalagh, a knowledge-based (Danesh-Bonyan) company (monstract.ir), is looking for a talented, persistent, fast-learning, and result-oriented Software Engineer to join the team developing Jazebeh.

Jazebeh, available through jazebeh.ir, is the company’s main product and the core focus of our technical and product investment.

In short, Jazebeh is a targeted direct messaging platform built to help businesses acquire new users. It enables companies to run customer acquisition campaigns in a more targeted, measurable, and performance-driven way.

We are looking for someone who can work alongside the core development team and help increase the speed of product development. During the first few months, the main focus of this role will be on frontend development, user panels, user experience, and customer-facing product features. Over time, we expect the person to also contribute to backend, database, API, and internal tooling tasks when needed.

Responsibilities

• Implement and improve frontend features, especially during the first few months
• Build user panels, forms, admin pages, dashboards, and operational workflows
• Contribute to backend feature development when needed
• Fix bugs and improve existing parts of the system
• Read, understand, and modify unfamiliar code
• Work with APIs, databases, logs, and infrastructure tools
• Investigate and debug issues
• Own tasks from implementation to testing
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Required Skills

• Strong problem-solving and algorithmic thinking
• Ability to solve programming problems at approximately Medium difficulty level or above
• Good understanding of data structures and algorithms

• Student or graduate of engineering or computer science from a strong university
• Familiarity with data-driven systems, marketing, campaigns, dashboards, or analytics tools

Who This Role Is For

Employment Details

• Level: Junior+ to Mid-Level
• Salary: 60 to 80 million Toman per month
• Insurance: Provided
• Working hours: Flexible, with limited remote work
• For eligible candidates, we can review and support the process for military service assignment in knowledge-based companies (Amriyeh) or alternative military service projects / Sarbazi Fanavar. This is subject to the candidate’s eligibility, legal requirements, and approval by the relevant authorities.

Evaluation Process

The evaluation process includes resume screening, a short online technical interview, a short programming task, and a final non-technical interview.
