FP & Treasury Manager 

About the Role

We are looking for a commercially minded finance professional to join our Iran F&O and act as a trusted business partner to the organization. The role combines financial planning and performance management with Treasury, cost controlling, and business partnering responsibilities, providing financial insights and supporting business leaders in making informed decisions in a complex and dynamic market environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes for the Iran business.
* Provide insightful analysis of financial and business performance, identifying key drivers, risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
* Partner closely with commercial and functional leaders to translate business priorities into financial plans and actionable initiatives.
* Support strategic and commercial decision-making through financial modelling, scenario analysis, profitability analysis, and business cases.
* Lead Treasury activities, including cash-flow planning and management, foreign currency management, banking relationships, and optimization of available financial resources.
* Oversee and manage foreign exchange requirements and currency allocation in a highly volatile and complex market environment.
* Drive cost controlling activities, including planning, reporting, analysis, and monitoring of operational costs.
* Monitor receivables and collections performance and provide financial insights to support working-capital management.
* Provide regular management reporting and clear, actionable financial insights to senior leadership.
* Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, reporting, controls, and decision-support capabilities.
* Support cross-functional and strategic projects, providing finance leadership and business insights where required.

Key Qualifications

* University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
* Solid experience in FP&A, business partnering, commercial finance, controlling, or a related finance role.
* Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, performance management, cash-flow management, and business analysis.
* Experience with Treasury and foreign exchange management is highly desirable.
* Strong commercial and business acumen, with the ability to connect financial performance with underlying business drivers.
* Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior business leaders.
* Experience managing and developing a finance team.
* Ability to work effectively in a complex, fast-changing, and highly regulated business environment.
* Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.
* Fluent English and Persian.
