Lead the Seller Acquisition team to identify and attract potential sellers to join our platform.
Develop and implement strategies to reach and engage target sellers.
Monitor and analyze acquisition metrics to ensure targets are met.
Oversee the Seller Onboarding team to ensure a seamless and efficient process for new sellers from sign-up to activation.
Develop onboarding materials and processes to facilitate a smooth transition for new sellers.
Track onboarding progress and resolve any issues that arise during the onboarding phase.
Supervise the Vendor Performance Evaluation team to assess and monitor the performance of activated vendors.
Develop metrics and KPIs to evaluate vendor sales and operational performance.
Implement improvement plans for underperforming vendors to enhance their sales and operational efficiency.
Guide the Seller engagement team to create and execute campaigns aimed at boosting seller visibility and sales.
Collaborate with sellers to develop promotional strategies and marketing initiatives.
